SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services - No virtual directories got created in IIS

  Hi,

  I have installed and configured Reporting Services in SQL Server 2008. After the configuration is done, we used to see the folder called Reports & ReportServer virtual directories in IIS in SQL Server 2005. But for SQL Server 2008, after the reporting services has configured, there are NO virtual directories got created in IIS.

  Is this Normal behavior for SQL Server 2008 Reporting services?

  Yes you are right SSRS 2008 is not dependent on IIS
