I am looking for a similar solution. I think this (http://www.sqledit.com/stress/screenshots.html), looks promising - but I need a database and test scripts to to run against my database. I am thinking of using the adventure works and developing some scripts to create a baseline. If your looking to test against a specific database I would look into http://sqlloadtest.codeplex.com/ as this can take your SQL profile scripts and re-run them for testing.

Quest has a nice lineup of tools. Benchmark Factory will do what you want. http://www.quest.com/benchmark-factory/
Their tools are not free, but they are about the best on the market according to many.
