Please let me know if any one of you completed SQL 2008 certification. I need documents for preparing.
Thanks in advance.

I wrote the exams while they were still in Beta. Used Books Online to study.
Or see here for still measured and available resources.

I'm an enrollment consultant with Firebrand Training and I help SQL Server professionals with their training & certification needs. Firebrand Training is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and we offer the following sql server 2008 training courses that might be of interest:
We recommend the following books that will help you prepare for MCTS Exam 70-432 and MCITP Exam 70-450:
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Administrator's Pocket Consultant ISBN: 9780735625891
MCTS Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-432): Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 - Implementation and Maintenance ISBN: 9780735626058
The following book will help you prepare for MCTS Exam 70-433 and MCITP Exam 70-451:
Programming Microsoft SQL Server 2008 ISBN: 9780735625990
MCTS/MCITP SQL Server 2008 Business Intelligence
The following book will help you prepare for MCTS Exam 70-448 and MCITP Exam 70-452:
MCTS Self-Placed Training Kit (Exam 70-448): Microsoft SQL Server 2008 - Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance - Book/CD Package ISBN: 9780735626362
Hope this helps,

I have only sat the 70-432 exam and I actually tried using Microsoft Exam kit. The practice exams are good but the content in the book has not been updated in over a year so information is out of date, and in some respects flat wrong.
The book is still a good purchase to go through the practices and test, but BOL will give you more information that is valid and current.
Addition: A book I got at a user group meeting that is good (at least of what I have read so far):
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Administration: Real-World Skills for MCITP Certification and Beyond, by Tom Carpenter. It is a Sybex publishing and supposed to be a prep book for Exam 70-432 and 70-450. It is a good reference book too. It was published in 2010 so has good current content.
