SQL Server 2005 SP 1 update

    Hi All,

    This is the first time for me applying SP for SQL server 2005.

    I applied SP1 for SQL server 2005. It applied all successfully except "database services."

    Should i worry about that? or i can proceed applying SP2.

    Please help

    It's a permission issue

    Check the log after finished installing the SP and it will show you which folder having issue with.

    Go to that folder and check make sure the user account that you are running the installation have the full permission
