  I have gained a lot from this forum. We have a setup where in we have primary and and stanby (in recovery mode). The trn logs are getting shipped every 5 mins and gets applied every 15 mins. How do i activate a Standby in case of a Site Failure in Primary?

  You need to run this query in secondary server to bring the db online.

  Restore Database Yourdbname with Recovery
