SQL server 2005 Licensing issue...

  Hi Everyone,

  I installed SQL server 2005 standard edition on one of our future production server. Installation went correctly..

  After installation i reboot the server and try to check Control panel for licensing but i couldn't see any icon for SQL licensing. I have also ran select serverproperty('licensetype') on analyser and result is "Disabled".

  Now, my question is how would i "Enabled" or make "Processor " license?

  Your immediate help would be appriciated..

  That functionality was removed in SQL Server 2005. In SQL Server 2000 it was FYI only, the server didn't use the information for anything.
