sql server 2005 install issue

While installing SQL 2005, all of sudden it fails. summary.txt Log file shows following entries around the failure

there are no pointers here for me to look at. Any idea what could be wrong here? thanks

quick question....
Are you installing from CD? If yes, Please copy CD1 to disk and name it as Server and copy CD2 to disk by name Tools.
After that please run the setup
