Please let me know how to export SQL SERVER 2005 table into a flat file .

Right click the database and choose "Tasks - Export Data". Choose "Next" then "Next" again. You will be in the "Destination" step. For a data destination, choose "Flat File" in the drop down. Enter a valid file name in the file chooser text box. Click "Next". Choose the "Copy data from one or more tables or views" radio option then click next again. Choose the table you want and follow the wizard to the end to create your flat file. Hope this helps.
