    How many years have you been using SQL Server?

    Check out amazon.com reviews of SQL books. Some of them give you an idea what level the book is for like beginner, intermediate or advanced.

    I like books that Brian Knight has been involved with

    Professional SQL Server 2005 Administration is good, and the earlier book dealing with SQL 2000 is good as well

    SQL Server 2000 for Experienced DBAs
