I want to know the procedure of upgradation of SQL Server 2000 to Sql Server 2005.
Please also help me me to provide the impacts of upgradation of sql server 2000 to sql server 2005.

Hi,

I would definitely recommend reading those articles and any other technical reference from microsoft.

It's very open question...and alot will depend on your current setup, your flexibility in taking your systems off line and the complexity of your system.
