Great article. I have a question about SP3a. Since I have applied it, everytime I go into Security, logins in EM and add database roles to a user, I am prompted for the password. I have not change the password and was wondering if this is a new feature in SP3a?

Brian, the really strange thing is when I put in the confirming password (I know it is correct), EM tells me it is wrong. So I have to put it in twice.
