Hi,
In the process of upgrading from 2000 to 2005 and I ran the 2005 Upgrade Advisor and got the following issue:
"SQL Server 2000 Meta Data Services packages are not supported"
The linked info in the Upgrade Advisor tells me to move my Meta Data Services packages, but I cant see that I have any!
In Enterprise Manager under both Data Transformations Services and Meta Data Services I have 0 items. In Data Transformations Services->Meta Data I get the follow error message though:
"An error occurred while trying to access the database information.
The msdb database could not be opened."
What does all this mean, can I safely upgrade to 2005 since I have no packages or am I looking in the wrong place?
Thank you for any assistance or feedback,
Challe
