Hi ,
I need to install sql server 2000 client components on an instance running sql server 2008 on windows 2008 r2. How to do it?

Out of curiosity, why? You could use the SQL 2008 stuff to connect to a SQL 2000 instance.

Hi ,
I am trying to analyse 2000 DTS Components using Upgrade Advisor. And it is throwing me an error saying
DTS Client is not installed on this machine. DTS upgrade advisor requires access to the DTS object model to report on DTS packages.
Can you help?
