I am Administrator of the Access 2003 mdb. I opened the Access mdb, went to the tools/options menu and made sure that "Hidden Objects" and "System Objects" were checked. I was then able to see them in the Access 2003 database window.
I was unable to grant the users permissions to mSysObjects. It stated you have Administer Permission. I am the Administrator of the Access 2003 mdb file.
Tried to change the owner of mSysObjects from "Engine" to "Administrator". It would not allow me to do this.
Any ideas?

Please try this:
In the mdb, go to the tools/options menu and make sure that "Hidden Objects" and "System Tables" are checked, so you can see them in the database window.
Then, grant the users permissions to mSysObjects, like you would any other table.
Once you have done this, you should be able to re-unclick the Hidden Objects and System Tables.
Good Luck,
Metra
