SQL Server 05 install error

    I am trying to install SQL server 05 Enterprise Edition, I encountered the following errors, does anyone know what went wrong with this error?

    do I assume this was a sql 2005 install that failed? If so at what point did the install fail, e.g. which parts did install, what o/s are you installing to? are you using dvd or cd media?

    Yes, it's at the point when I install the Native Client. I am installing to  windows 2003 server o/s. And I am using the DVD.
