if I want to implement a web application using SQL Serevr Service Broker.
Do i need to install the SQL Server at both, client and server ?

If you are building a web application, isn't your client just running a web browser?

by just running the web browser will it support SBQ without SQL Server Support on Client Site ?

I am not sure you understand web-based software development. "Most" web-based applications are thin clients that do not require anything other than a web browser or possibly a plug-in.
I would suggest you consult a software architect that can better help you design your application and development plan.
