sql script deployment strategy?

    Hello, I work in an environment with 3 app devs. We need to keep our local dbs in synch with changes made by the other devs. Are there any good tools for this? Basically, is there a way to click a button that will deploy a selected db object as a rerunnable script as opposed to having to manually create these scripts?
