SQL REporting SErvices 2017 , how do I deny permission to users

    I set site level and user level Security entry for domain users, but still user is able to access the repots..

    How do I mitigate this... i want to give access to only few user groups and not all user groups..

    Not clear what you are asking - but you can change the security at the folder/report level and remove users/groups that shouldn't have access to that folder/report.
