SQL regional settings VS OS regional settings problem

    Hi

    I created a simple report in ssis that exports data to an Excel file and e-mails it out. If I run the report from Visual Studio it mails the report to me and displays the currency fields in my local currency (R) , but if I schedule the report in the SQL Agent, it comes through as dollar sign ($)

    This only happens on a server with SQL 2008 SP1

    I tested it on another server with SQL 2008 SP3 and it comes through correctly (R)

    I tried to Google to see if it's a service pack issue but can't find anything.

    Has anybody come across something like this?

    Have you checked the Server/database Collation?

    I will check the collation, thank you for the suggestion.
