I built a SQL2000 sp4 on a Windows2003 R2 (x64) machine. I cannot
find the SQL performance counters when running the NT Performance Monitor,
however, I can pull every counters from the master..sysperfinfo table.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this you are looking for the first time for performance counters or all of the sudden it disappeared?
If it is not enabled, you need to enable this...
Reloading the SQL Server Counters
At command prompt, locate the current folder to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\BINN
and execute as "lodctr sqlctr.ini"
and see if appears? if not let me know we have alternate ways to get it.

Before posting this, I had run this script and got message "Counters for MSSQLServer are already installed".
Please advise.
Thanks
