After restoring 2005 db on SQL 2008
Do we have an list of impact when we change from 90 to 100

You could get a good idea of what needs to be done for the upgrade by running the UPGRADE ADVISOR available at:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=11455

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

Yes i would be using upgrade advisor. Apart from that is there any list which gives the features, funcationalities, objects deprecated in SQL 2008, like an cheatsheet.
