  there is some confusion in SQL maximum # of datbases it could handle. in BOL, it could be 32,767. While I read a "911 for SQL..", it could only be 1024. It is important since on one of our STD SQL2k, there are around 800 databases already. We need to know the limitation....

  Everything I have heard would indicate that BOL is correct in this case.
