SQL Mail Setup?

  I have been trying to setup SQL Mail, but it still isn't working    I have made a new user (sqladmin) in Active Directory Users and a login on SQL Server.  Then I have logged in as sqladmin.  It still won't work.  What else needs to be done?  Any help would be great.  I need to be able to receive emails from SQL Server has preformed a job or something like that ya know?  THANKS!
