I was just hand over the task of administering a new SQL Server 2000. I opened the Management folder in other to check the agent, schedule jobs and SQL Server Logs. The SQL Server Logs folder is un-listed in these folder. Where else can I look for the Server logs using GUI?

If the ID you are logging into SQL Server is not part of System Administrator's Server Role, then you cannot see SQL Server Logs view.
Which ID (& Server Role) are you using to log into SQL Server? OR registered in Enterprise Manager?
