I currently run SS2k Std Ed with processor licensing. My company wants me to upgrade to SS2k EE with cal licensing. I did a test update on a different server and could NOT change the licensing mode from processor to cal's. Anyone know of a way to change this without doing a complete uninstall and then install the enterprise ed?

Don't think you can. I think the per seat to cpu is the only conversion.
The uninstall/reinstall isn't that painful. detach the dbs, uninstall, then install and attach. If you've got a 2nd server, you can DTS the logins over there and then pull them back.
