    1) SQL Data warehouse

    Participate in the design and implementation of data warehouse systems to support program reporting requirements

    Monitor and evaluate performance of data warehouse

    Identify opportunities for performance enhancements and implement appropriate solutions

    Have 3+ years of building and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server relational databases.

    Have 2+ years of writing DTS packages that perform multiple tasks, transformations, and follow a prescribed workflow.

    Have 2+ years defining and building OLAP data sources.

    Have strong TSQL and MDX skills

    Have 2+ years data warehouse administration experience with SQL Server 2000

    Have working knowledge of Windows 2000.

    Possess and demonstrate superior written communication and presentation skills.

    Understand our market, capabilities and business strategy.

    Demonstrate professionalism and ability to collaborate with others.

    Some programming experience preferred

    Ability to work in a fast paced environment

     

     

    2) Data Warehouse Architect

    The Data Warehouse Architect will be expected to perform the highest level of analysis, design, and development of data warehouses. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven ability to direct data architecture tasks required for the implementation of strategic data warehouses. 

    Requirements:

    Expert in strategies and approaches for physical database design and performance - optimization/tuning

    3-5 yrs Data Warehouse Architecture experience

    3-5 yrs Relational (OLTP) and Dimensional (OLAP) Data Modeling

    3-5 yrs ETL design strategies using Microsoft SQL Server DTS

    3 yrs Data Analysis experience

    2 yrs Process Modeling

    Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills

    Experience with data modeling tools (i.e.: ERWin)

    Responsibilities:

    Analyze business requirements to determine feasibility and produce design specifications. Participate throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure conformance to design, overall data warehouse architectural compliance and infrastructure coordination and preparation. Work with clients, business analysts and technical staff to design, develop and enhance data warehouse models, business intelligence solutions, scripts, procedures and metadata for relational and OLAP data sources.

     

     

    3)SQL Report Services Dev

    The Reporting Services Developer requirements:

    Have 3+ years experience with report authoring tools such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services

    Have experience with relational database concepts and strong TSQL skills

    Have the ability to make recommendations for report automation and delivery methods

    Possess and demonstrate superior written communication and presentation skills.

    Understand our market, capabilities and business strategy.

    ASP.NET/VB.NET, MDX programming experience a plus

     

     

     

    4)SQL Developer

    The Data Warehouse Developer will work closely with other members of the IS Team and Business Intelligence Team to create and maintain efficient, well tuned production data warehouse systems.  The Data Warehouse Developer will work closely with both the Charlotte and San Francisco Teams.

    The Data Warehouse Developer requirements:

    Participate in the design and implementation of data warehouse systems to support program reporting requirements

    5) SQL Server developer/DBA

    Replication experience

    Performance Tuning

    Stored Procedures

    DTS

    Senior Database Programmer / Developer

    This opportunity will require the ability to:

    - develop and support data management strategies for our client's sales and marketing initiatives

    - build, edit, and review challenging and complex SQL procedures

    - design, develop and implement successful database designs

    - work with team members to generate insightful analysis to help our client's execute their sales and marketing strategies

    An emphasis is placed on working independently, proactively seeking assistance team members, and communicating effectively.  Willingness to learn from others and teach others is a plus.

    Required Skills

    3 + years work experience with SQL Stored Procedures, Database Design and Implementations, Triggers, and some data analysis and reporting.  Experience working with marketing and sales based data is desired.  Familiarity with DTS packages is a plus.   Good verbal and written communication skills are required.   Knowledge of other business production software is beneficial (e.g. MS Excel, MS Access name/address merging software, rules management software).
