  one of my scheduled job is failed.I want to find the reason behind the failure,where should i see that.

  There are several places you can check.

  1. Right click on the job--> View Job History

  2. You might see the error sometimes in \Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG

  3. You might see the error sometimes in \Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\LOG\SQLAGENT.OUT

  The best way is.. If your job has logging into a text file, check that file.
