SQL installation, a dual core CPU count "Per Processor" licensing model?

  Hello

  Does a dual core CPU count as 1 or 2 CPU's in the "Per Processor" section during installation?

  I have a server with 2 dual core processors. During the SQL install does that count as a total of 2 or 4 processors?

  it's the physical processors that count, not the number of cores.

  So in your case 2 will be the number of processors to license if you want to enjoy your 4 cores.
