I just downloaded the SQL Server Express 2012 with tools. It was a 686MB file called:
SQLEXPRWT_x64_ENU.exe
Does that contain all we need to install it on a 64-bit server (windows server 2008), (the server is not connected to the internet and if I don't get the whole installation at once, it is a big pain).
So I'm wondering if everything I'll need is there (I'm cannot execute it past the "extracting files" step on my machine that IS connected to the internet, so I can't tell).
Any help would be appreciated.

It depends. What is "all we need"? What do you need?
Need an answer? No, you need a question

The prereqs to installing (DOT NET, I think, before Sql Server).
Then, there are a couple of pre-reqs for Management Studio.
This has bitten us before on these "disconnected servers."
Thanks,

I'd probably recommend you install .NET will all service packs and patches and Visual Studio will all service packs and patches.
Although my edition was the 64-bit Business Intelligence version I'm almost sure that the pre-reqs for Visual Studio and .NET are the same.
Not installing the Service Pack for VS2010 caught me out.
Good luck!
