Hi Guys,
I have noticed that my SQL instance isn’t displaying the error log information correctly from my connection, even though I have refreshed the connection several times, re logged onto the server time and time again, but the error log timestamp is that of last week, but if I look on the drive where the SQL error logs are stored, I can see more up to date entries in the error log file.
Any ideas as to why this behaviour exists ?
Thanks.

How are you viewing the log? If you're using the gui window, make sure that the latest log file is selected.

I am using GUI, I have already done that and its still showing the old log entries from 2 weeks ago, if I check error log file manually I can see entries for today, refreshed and disconected/reconnected to no avail.
