SQL DEPENDENT APP CRASHES AFTER IDLE TIME [COULD BE TDS RELATED]

  • Why does a PC (that is connected to a WAN and SQL Server) when left in an idle state, does it crash the application that's using the sql server? Retransmission packets are sent until it fails?? It seems to be a TDS packet that can't get through.

We seem to be getting userenv errors too in the Event Viewer also? Any ideas

    THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
