I have seen one tool called 'SQL DEPENDENCY TRACKER' from red-gate. is it applicable to SQLSERVER only or for all databases?

What do you mean all databases?
It's a SQL Server utility, works on all SQL Server databases.

redgate database tools work for SQL Server only.
I wrote a doc tool that may be of use to you though. It finds dependencies for databases on all major platforms: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, MySQL, and many more.
