  You cannot get full fledged DBA Traning in any institute in India for sure... They will just teach you theories of Installation, Creation, Backup e.t.c You will not learn advanced techniques...

  Better search for E-Books and install Free Express edition and practice yourself using lot of SQL video tutorials at http://www.WatchTechVideos.com
