I am looking for a good, easy to use, reliable tool that will compare my production database and my development database so I can move changes into production without doing it manually. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?
Thanks!!!

There are at more than a half dozen I have tried and I keep coming back to AdeptSQL myself.
ApexSQL Diff - http://www.apexsql.com
AdeptSQL Diff - http://www.adeptsql.com
SQLEffects Clarity - http://www.sqleffects.com (haven't tried this one yet)
RedGate SQL Compare - http://www.red-gate.com
SQL Examiner - http://www.sqlaccessories.com
Quest SchemaCompare - http://www.quest.com/Comparison_Suite_for_SQL_Server/
there were two others I have tried but cannot find my notes on them, also had been meaning to do a review on Imceda's tool but they were bought by Quest and I just didn't get to.

Antares686: Have you by any chance tried SQLDelta and have any opinion on it compared to the others you've tried?
Thanks
