Litespeed is not built into SQL Server.
Microsoft added backup compression to SQL Server 2008, but this is not Litespeed, SQL Backup, or some other tool. It's a simple set of compression routines.

hi boss i mean to say lite speed is a third party tool but now microsoft has been taken that tool and inbuilt in sql server 2008
No they haven't. Litespeed is a separate backup tool developed and sold by Quest. It is not built in to any version of SQL Server.

As others have said, NO. If Microsoft attempted to do that I'm sure there would be countless lawsuits to prevent it.
They (Microsoft) have added compression in the Enterprise (and Developers) Edition, but I think those with third party tools will tell you that the compression, though good, is not as good as that of the other tools. In addition, not everyone can afford to purchase the Enterprise Edition, so there is still a need for the Third party tools.
