You can use lite speed tool for backup,it was built in with sql server 2008

LiteSpeed is a good tool, but as far as I know it's not "built in" with SQL Server - you need to pay for it. Probably best to go with native SQL Server backups unless you have a particular need for any of the LiteSpeed features, such as backup compression.

I think this the one of the best tool for SQL backup..
i got only 14 days trail version .if anyone have crack or serial,keygen plz share ...

If it's worthwhile for you, bloody well put some money down for it. Otherwise stick with the native backups which work just fine.
p.s. Asking for a crack for a Redgate tool on a site owned by Redgate is not the smartest thing around.

i mean to say that lite speed will come in built with sql server 2008 only
as u say the tool u got,i dnt know abot that i havent used that so u just buy that tool so that it will be worth if it is working good

I had Redgate for a 14 day trial. I was able to crack it and use it permanently by generating a PO and then following the steps through our AP system.

Litespeed's not built in to any version of SQL. It's a third party tool.

hi boss i mean to say lite speed is a third party tool but now microsoft has been taken that tool and inbuilt in sql server 2008
