Is server administrator password changes recently??
If yes, you have to reset the SQL password inside windows services.

Thanks.
Not because of that, I took old database offline and users 'sa' and 'builtin\Administrator' default database is assign to one of the offline database. That's why I can't get back in anymore.
But problem is now fix. I have applied PC\Administrator account to 'Master' in Osql. Now it works.
