Dear All
I m facing issue while connecting to the database
Server configuration
os: windows server 2008 r2 (32 bit)
sql: sql server 2012
client configuration
os: windows 7 or 8 (64 bit)
i am installing the 32 bit application on 64 bit machine & try to access my sql server instance from 64 bit , but it shows me error access denied of server not present
it works fine if i install the application on 32 bit client machine & connection to server is also successful.
please let me know what to do in order to connect the sql instance from client through 32 bit application?
also let me know sql native client to be installed on which machine and of which msi file 64 bit or 32 bit?
any help will be appreciated
thanks in advance

Does the application try to use ODBC? The 32 and 64 bit ODBC DSN definitions are kept separately from one another.
