Hello,
Does SQL Compare by Red-Gate can show me if the syntax of Stored Procedure at one instance is different from same Stored Procedure on different instance?
Or it just compare if it exist on each instance?

As mentioned by Anthony, it shows differences at a granular level in a very clear way. If you can, I suggest you download and install it – you'll be able to run in trial mode for a few days to test it out.
