Hi all,
Can anyone help me with how to start studying for SQL certifications.
I mean the exam code & what exactly do I need to learn.
I am currently working with IT Support & handling backups of SQL server through a third party software.
Interested in learning more.
Can anyone help.
Thanx.

Your best bet is to start here:
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-sql-server.aspx
FYI, second link in Google with : Sql server database certification.
Dig into the second tab and the specific test information. This is the 'official' information from microsoft.
Avoid looking for brain dumps. They are out there. MS will also permanently blackball you and remove any prior certs if you're nailed using them.
Never stop learning, even if it hurts. Ego bruises are practically mandatory as you learn unless you've never risked enough to make a mistake.

Maybe I'm stating the blatantly obvious, but if you work your way through the Microsoft book covering the exam you're taking, you'll be okay. Just brew lots of coffee - the books are as dry and boring as anything I have ever read.
But I passed the 70-431 exam after reading the book and doing all the exercises.
