We are in the process of deploying security software that will change AD service accounts automatically every 90 days.
I was wondering if changing the password on accounts used for SSRS certificates will break the certs?
Are there any other gotchas we should be concerned about with automated password changes in SQL?
Thanks

If the passwords change, then the SQL Services will have to be restarted taking the instance offline.
Maybe look at Managed Service Accounts. We run our 2012 instances using these. No need to worry about passwords when using them.
Old article but explains them quite well. http://blogs.technet.com/b/askds/archive/2009/09/10/managed-service-accounts-understanding-implementing-best-practices-and-troubleshooting.aspx

MSA's also fully support the use of SPNs so they're perfect for use in instances that are replicas in an availability group
