SQL books and reference materials

    Im a new DBA but my weakness is High Availability, Replication and DR. I dont know their differences and having a hard time understanding them. Can you please advise what books should I buy to learn them? Thanks

  • You're posting in a SQL Server 2008 forum. A lot has changed in the area of availability, replication, and disaster recovery features between versions 2012-2014-2016. Confirm that you're production environment is still 2008.

    We have 2012,2014 and unfortunately we still have 2008 and 2000 🙁
