SQL Agent Permissions

    Hi

    I have a set of users who have been given the SQL AGent Operator's role in MSDB.

    They still cannot open jobs to see them.

    But if I give them SA privilege, they can see it.

    If i make SQL Login for them, they can see it.

    Their trusted login can access MSDB without any problem.

    So it is not an AD issue.

    Nobody on google seems to have any answers on this either.

    Granting roles in databases does not grant them access to the server. Give them an AD group, if they don't already have one and grant that group access to login to the server....
