SQL Agent job ownership - Domain groups?

  Using SQL 2000 standard

  Developers here have historically created a unique SQL account as DBO in each database. Each time they work in a specific database from EM then, they have to change their registration to the server.

  I'm trying to move developers away from using shared SQL accounts in favor of their NT logins with db access provided via domain groups.

  I want to give these developers the ability to view certain SQL Agent jobs. But within EM, I am unable to assign ownership of SQL Agent jobs to a domain group, so it's back to using the shared SQL logins again.

  Does Anyone know if there is any way to assign SQL Agent jobs to NT groups or another way to achieve this?
