Is it a domain account ? Did the Network Admin change something ?

Still getting this error, i have no clue where to look into to fix this problem.
I see this message in the job step log file
Msg 15274, Sev 16, State 1, Line 38 : Access to the remote server is denied because the current security context is not trusted. [SQLSTATE 42000]
Job 'Testing Back up of Rev(verifyonly)' : Step 3, 'Testing Rev' : Began Executing 2008-05-22 16:25:17
Note: When i run this script from query window it works fine but when i run it as part of a job it fails with that error
thanks

You could try logging into a machine using that account/password (assuming you have that). If the login fails, you know the password was reset to something and you will have to contact the Network Admin team. If you have access to changing the passwords on the domain yourself (some do, not me) you could certainly go in and set that to some value, change the services password to that same value and then try the job again.
More than likely you are going to have to interact with the Network team though. This seems like a scenario where the password was changed without your knowledge, or locked out at some point between runs of this job.
