  Hi,

  from past 10 days onwars one of our sqlProd server

  (Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.1399.06 (Intel X86) Oct 14 2005 00:33:37 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Enterprise Edition on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2)

  under Sqlagent error logs throwing below error

  Message

  [LOG] Unable to read local eventlog (reason: The parameter is incorrect)

  Please suggest how to fix this issue.

  It's a bug. Apply SQL Server 2005 SP1 or later.
