Looks to be more a Win issue than a SQL issue.
I am trying to install SQL 2016 on my home PC (Win10 Pro x64)
I get the following error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
---------------------------
ScenarioEngine.exe - Bad Image
---------------------------
"C:\Windows\system32\SPINF.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error". Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.
