Do we have SQL 2014 installation setup for 32-bit machines?

I don't believe so. The release notes say the following:
The Microsoft SQL Server 2014 CTP1 release is only available in the X64 architecture.

Is there confirmation somewhere that they've actually dropped it, or is it just that they haven't bothered with the CTP?

I have doubt whether it is going away.
If you read the Documentation (for Hekaton CTP1)released in June 2013, by Kalen Delaney, she mentions that In-memory OLTP components will always be installed with 64 bit but not with 32 bit edition.

I've heard nothing one way or the other.

As far as I remember there is no 32-bit version of SQL Server 2014. Time to upgrade to the 64-bit world ?

right
32 bit is dead
but: I happily noticed this topic to be the only one under "Administration - SQL Server 2014" that really does touch SQL 2014
big plus for that part 😉
