When I run SSIS package through Agent, I get "Unexpected Termination". Has anybody faced this issue before? It does seem like when internal.operations table in SSISDB is filled, it happens. I see some hotfixes online but I'm not sure which one to install. Can you please give me some advise?

Thanks. That link gave me 4 hot fix to download. Should I apply all of them or just one of them?

You'll need to check exactly what Service Pack and CU you are currently at with that server. If you're already beyond SP1, then it may be something else. However, given the overall level of "difficulties" that SQL 2012 has had, I have to at least ask why not just go directly to SP3, and then the latest CU for it? In the long run, it might be the most expedient thing to do.
