I am trying to configure SQL Always ON.I am getting an SQL server error 19471. I am having issue in creating Listener but rest all steps are succesful.And when i see always on dashboard everything looks fine. i tried solution from link http://blogs.msdn.com/b/alwaysonpro/archive/2014/03/25/create-listener-fails-with-message-the-wsfc-cluster-could-not-bring-the-network-name-resource-online.aspx
but still error not fixed.
Can anyone help me on above error.

What permission does your account have in the cluster, likely low permission I would expect?
You will need to work with your system administrators who will likely need to pre stage the computer account for you in Active Directory and DNS

Check the cluster logs from Failover Cluster Manager. If the Cluster Identity had trouble dynamically creating an A-record for the listener name in the DNS, it will log an event in the logs.
